The process begins with the selection of reinforcement materials (glass fiber, carbon fiber, aramid fiber, etc.) that will allow to obtain specific mechanical properties. Then, resins, additives and fillers are selected which guarantee all other desired final properties: chemical resistance, reaction to fire, color, resistance to UV radiation.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

The entire reinforced elements are submitted to a continuous necking process, a part of which is submerged in a resin bath for an adequate highly controlled impregnation. The mass formed by resin impregnated fiber enters the mold, properly preformatted e stretched, compacting the composite.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

The desired configuration is obtained by the mold geometry. The resin hardens by the polymerization process which gives the pultruded materials a high chemical resistance. The mold characteristics allow a good surface finish of the profiles.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t
